Conversion analysis is the work of finding out why visitors do not buy, and fixing it. We look at how people move through your store, where they drop off, and what is quietly costing you sales, then we recommend changes and, when you want, make them. The point is more orders from the traffic you already have.

Getting people to the site is one job. Turning them into customers is a different one, and it usually comes down to specifics: a slow product page, a confusing variant picker, a checkout step that loses people, a mobile layout that fights the user.

How we approach it

  • Map the funnel from landing to checkout in Google Analytics, and find the real drop-off points.
  • Review the pages that matter most: product, collection, cart, and checkout, on mobile first.
  • Check the friction sources: page speed, unclear copy, weak calls to action, and trust gaps.
  • Prioritize fixes by likely impact, so we start with the changes that move revenue, not vanity tweaks.
  • Test and measure, so a “win” is something the numbers confirm, not a hunch.

We do this on Shopify and Shopify Plus stores we know well, so recommendations are things we can actually implement, not a slide deck you have to hand to someone else. We will also tell you when conversion is fine and the real problem is traffic or pricing. A bigger button does not fix a weak offer, and we would rather say so.
