Responsive ecommerce design means building a store that works on whatever device a customer shows up with: phone, tablet, or desktop. Most shopping now happens on a phone, so we design mobile first and treat the larger screens as the upgrade, not the other way around. The point is simple: a layout people can navigate and buy from with one thumb converts better than one that fights them.
We build responsive stores on Shopify and Shopify Plus, and on WordPress when that is the right fit. One codebase serves every screen size, which keeps the store easier to maintain and easier to update.
