Pre-launch QA is the checklist we run before a migrated store goes live, to catch the broken thing before your customers do. We test the new site end to end: every template, the checkout, the redirects, the integrations, on desktop and mobile, until we are confident it can take real orders and hold its search rankings. Nothing launches until it passes.

What we check before go-live

  • Checkout from start to finish: real test orders, payment, tax, shipping rates, and confirmation emails.
  • The full 301 redirect map, crawled fresh to catch 404s and redirect chains before Google does.
  • Every page template on mobile and desktop, plus load speed on the pages that matter most.
  • Integrations firing: email flows, analytics, ad pixels, reviews, ERP, and inventory sync.
  • Spot checks across the catalog for broken images, missing variants, and pricing errors.

We also confirm the SEO basics carried over: titles, meta descriptions, structured data, sitemap, and robots settings, so the site stays findable in search and by AI answer engines. The boring stuff, like making sure the new store is not accidentally blocking search engines from indexing it, is exactly the stuff that sinks a launch when it gets skipped.

The honest part: QA is the step under the most pressure to cut short when a deadline looms, and it is the worst one to rush. We would rather give you a clear go or no-go than launch on hope. When everything passes, we cut over and watch closely for the first days after.
