Monitoring we set up

- Error and malfunction monitoring across the storefront.
- Custom checkout simulation. We have written scripts that run a real checkout against the live site, because off-the-shelf monitoring will not tell you whether customers can actually buy.
This is ongoing work, not a one-time job, and it is cheaper than recovering from a breach or a checkout that has been broken for a week. If your Magento store is overdue for patching or has no real monitoring on it, that is the gap to close first.
